Operation sequence and reinforcing and reducing principle
Massage should be done in order to avoid omission. Should first light
manipulation, such as pushing, kneading, transportation, etc., and then
heavy manipulation, such as pinching, pinching, holding, etc. First
head, next upper limbs, then lower limbs, finally chest, abdomen, waist
and back.
The acupoints used in pediatric massage can be divided into straight
line, rotation and vertical direction according to their manipulation,
and the principle of reinforcing and reducing can be determined
according to the direction of manipulation.
1. Straight line direction
It is mainly applied to straight-line acupoints by pushing and pinching.
The general principles of reinforcing and reducing are as follows:
centripetal direction, centrifugal direction and horizontal reinforcing
and reducing method. Some non-specific acupoints are on the meridian
line. Their common principles of reinforcing and reducing are: putuijian:www.hslcasting.com.cn gelidunmoju.89ix.com mojusn.37ix.com.cn

along the meridian direction for reinforcing, pushing against the
meridian direction for reducing, pushing back and forth for reinforcing
and reducing.
2. Direction of rotation
It is mostly used for kneading, transportation and moxibustion. It is
applied to facial and point-like acupoints. The general reinforcing and
reducing principles are: clockwise rotation for reinforcing,
counterclockwise rotation for reinforcing, two-way rotation for flat
reinforcing and reducing. If there are two symmetrical acupoints, the
principle of reinforcing and reducing is: turning inward to reinforcing,
turning outward to reinforcing and reducing, and turning in two
directions to flat reinforcing and flat reinforcing and reducing.
